Krivoshik LLC has fifteen years of extensive experience in preparing, filing and prosecuting well over five hundred provisional, utility & design patent applications before the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).  Our clients’ patents encompass a wide variety of fields, including electronics; optics; telecommunications; computer software; e‑commerce; electronic/digital based information technology, complex & simple mechanical devices.

We keep abreast of the rapidly changing patent law and are skilled in educating its clients to recognize and protect emerging and potentially new technologies.  We evaluate patent novelty with the client’s economics in mind.  Patent applications are carefully prepared to emphasize commercial value, target markets and the technology’s potential for growth.

We utilize advanced technology to support our clients’ needs.  In addition to traditional automation, we utilize the USPTO’s Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) system to obtain information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, about our clients’ pending patent applications.  With a client’s approval, we can also use the USPTO’s Electronic Mailroom and the USPTO’s Electronic Filing System (EFS) to digitally encrypt and file the client’s patent application.
